A Herefordian  tradition;  this perry is made with the champagne-method and has been used as the celebratory drink in the three counties for centuries. Named after the field which yielded the bell from a local Chapel buried in the ‘slip’ of 1575.

A full bodied palate with hints of caramelised apple. Enjoy lightly chilled with pork, BBQ, or lightly spiced foods.
