Grapes: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier

Having rested briefly on the skins to produce a delicate salmon colour, there are ripe summer berries on the nose, especially redcurrants and raspberries, with hints of cherry spice typical of Pinot Noir. On the palate, this Sparkling Rosé has distinct flavours of red berries and fresh cherry, and a beautifully silky mousse. There is a hint of sweetness and a satisfying lasting finish. It was the first commercial Sparkling Rosé in England!
