In the Japanese style, it is all about elegance and refinement. Superbly balanced with a long complex finish. This is a sublime expression of the Japanese palate. Each bottle individually silkscreen by hand in Cambridge, then wax sealed in the distillery.

Botanicals: Yuzu Peel, providing refreshing citrus character - Shiso Leaf, the herbaceous heart of the gin - Toasted White Sesame, creating the delicate texture - Sansho Pepper, delivers a complex, gently spiced base note.

As with all Cambridge Distillery's gins each botanical is distilled individually in volumes of less than 2 litres under vacuum to preserve the freshest qualities possible.

Recommended Serve: In a Martini with a very light vermouth and a garnish of apple, or served neat.
