A wine made to focus on character and individuality. A blend of the three Champagne grapes grown on the Herefordshire clay/sandstone soils. This wine has depth of flavour and body. You might find citrus and pineapple fruits with toasted nuts.

This wine is low sulphur, it contains less than 10mg/l Total sulphur.
