This cider is a blend of Dabinett (bittersweet), Ellis Bitters (medium bittersweet) Brown’s Apple (sharp) Somerset Redstreak (bittersweet) and Kingston Black (bittersharp).  Dabinett gives plentiful but soft tannins and brings a hint of caramel/ butterscotch character. Ellis and Brown’s  give the cider structure, with tannin and acidity, yielding a clean, long finish.

Rich gold in colour, bright and clear. Lightly sparkling. Bittersweet aromas of toffee apple and apple skin with a hint of cut grass. Ripe apple dominates the palate with soft tannins giving body and a lingering crisp, dry finish. Great with burgers, fish and chips and roasted vegetables.
